Well after going to testing site is the easy part. Getting the results back and trying contact the health department for the results . Good luck! Left messages and called two day straight. No answer. Just want to back work, but can't until someone call or emails my results. Health Department needs to be more professional about returns calls. Especially in times like this .

I went here to get my Covid-19 vaccine. The place was very clean and the staff were quite friendly. Since I'm new in town I was quite impressed how smooth everything was, from checking in to getting my shot. Even thought they're smaller than most health departments they seemed very organized for a small staff. Staff were friendly, helpful, and very well organized. Quite impressive.

I have had the most problems all day trying to get some information. Miss Cassie is the only one to have helped me all day try to solve my issue. You can tell she is passionate about helping people and is a vital asset to this place. I’ve never had a bad experience… but I’ve never had a great one until today either. Thank you Miss Cassie for all of your help, time and consideration. If you get the opportunity to be helped by her consider yourself lucky. She’s likely the only one who will.

Very kind and courteous staff. Everyone says "Good Morning" , and seems to be happily employed (which is a first for any medical facility)! I received my first covid shot, and began to have an anxiety attack; the nurse held my hand (yes despite universal protocols) and it was over in no time! I went back, a couple of weeks later, to have a TB skin test: I received the same courtesy and kindness! Excellent professionalism and Compassion for the general public!❤

Spent about an hour calling this place trying to set an appointment for a vaccine shot, but no one in the entire building seems to know how phones work. No one ever answers... At all. Tried 3 different options to try and get in contact with anyone that could help, and not one person picked up, or called back. I think I'm better off going somewhere else, because if staff isn't competent enough to answer a phone in an entire hour, I can only imagine what else they're not doing right.
