Very unprofessional staff. The lady that was helping me waited untill 3:30 to call me up to register my vehicle and informed me they don't do anymore registrations after 3:30. I asked is that a rule or is it on your web site?she Very rudely said "nope, I don't think so you can come back tomorrow." What a joke.

I haven’t always had a good experience at the clerks office. Hit and miss. But I’m leaving a 5 star after an interaction with a worker named Mallory. (I think that’s her name.). Brown hair and glasses. Middle. She was so professional and helpful.

Mrs. Angie is most understanding and she is awesome!

Most of the staff is very courteous and kind except the older lady with light colored hair. She can be very rude and condescending. When u are trying to be respectful during what is almost always a frustrating situation at the dmv, she should be more professional. There has to be a better way to run this service and people like her are part of the problem.

I’ve used the Hopkins County Clerk’s Office many times and found the staff pleasant and professional. But Mallory truly stood out. She helped me navigate a complicated paperwork process involving the purchase of my late father’s out-of-state vehicle from his estate—an already emotional task made even more difficult by family tensions. Mallory handled it with calm confidence, clear guidance, and unwavering professionalism. Her support made a stressful situation far more manageable.
