Took my 2 year old to get vaccinated. Everyone was very nice, especially the lady that checked us in and the lady who was playing with the kids. A lady was going around with a bubble gun to distract and cheer up kids. My daughter loves bubbles so that was nice. She didn't fuss or anything with her shot and was only upset when it was time to leave the bubbles. Lol The nice bubble lady gave my daughter a ball which instantly cheered her up and she happily walked with me outside. I loved how easy they made everything. There wasn't even really a wait. They were great. Also, WIC people are amazing. I've been on WIC for 3 years for my daughter and I've never had a bad experience with anyone from WIC. They've all been truly the kindest people. Their hard work and kindness is extremely appreciated. 💜

Update: Their phone system also doesn't work with a newer iPhone. Their phone system is not compatible with Google Pixel phones. Haven't been able to call my kids pediatrician to make or cancel appointments. Can't get through to the WIC office either.

They promote free std testing for the uninsured on their website and over the phone but will send you a $200 bill two weeks later. If they would have been more transparent, it would have been a nice experience. Unfortunately, with so many connecting offices/business in one building, they spread misinformation and blame it on someone else.

The first time I used their services was to help spread awareness about their free HIV testing week. I decided to try it out myself, and the staff was friendly, responsive, and informative. They are very attentive to STI screening calls. There's no reason to be unaware of your status.
