Got a letter in the mail from here inviting me to some kind of event, something about a "summons" and "possession"? I don't believe in ghosts and think its kinda unprofessional that they would imply i have to go to their ghost meeting or whatever it is. I will not be going and furthermore i am not possessed.

My favorite of all the Franklin buildings.

The blonde older woman on floor 3 is extremely rude. I asked questions about information needed and she shrugged her shoulders and said " I don't know, I don't know what you want me to do with that information" and walked away, incredibly rude and unhelpful. The women on the first floor are much more engaging and effective. Both times I've seen the woman on the third floor she has been rude and acting like I was wasting her time or a burden. Very unprofessional.

Beautiful architecture exists at this well maintained location. The city decorates the grounds for holidays and block parties.

The staff, clerks, and deputies are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and easy to locate in downtown Franklin. I would recommend visiting this historic building and meeting some great public servants.
