They do not answer phone or have a receptionist to help answer questions. They said in automated message due to being under staffed. Which is not an excuse. I paid extra to expedite my marriage certificate to work on my husband’s will. It has been a month now. Terrible coming from our state!

I spoke with two different people here and they went above and beyond to help me get my birth certificate straightened out. I ordered one and it was lost in the mail. I explained my situation to them and how I needed it in order to travel. They did everything in their power to get me one as soon as possible. There are truly great people that work here.

This is literally the worst records place I have ever experienced for records!!! I contacted Ms. Charlotte Perry a month ago for CORRECTIONS that someone had made TWICE on my childrens records through the time frame of 4 months. She told me to fax her the information asap. I even have it in an email for proof. I didn't get any responses to my emails telling her the information was sent nothing. When I realized nothing was happening i called to find out what's going on because we are military and the information that we need is extremely important for PCS. She then told me that i was wrong and that I have to mail her the information literally 6 months into me trying to get my sons information corrected. THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST RECORDS PLACE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. I have never had such a HORRIFIC time tryin to get birth certificates corrected..... the whole place is just terrible. I was also told the hospital was the ones who made the mistake on my childrens birth certificates .... ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!!!!!

I ordered my child’s birth certificate in March through the online portal. I was told 2-4 weeks for processing. It’s now May and I still have not received any word on when it will be shipped to me. I reached out through the online portal for help and all they did was direct me to call the office. I’ve called this place at least 3 different times and have been on hold with them for over an hour which is super frustrating because I just need answers which they do not give.

I called to inquire about my marriage license. I was extremely worried that it had gotten lost in the mail. Anna was an extraordinary agent; not only did she provide assistance, but she also took the initiative to conduct a thorough search—going above and beyond the superficial—for which I offer a thousand thanks!
