As nice as the people who were there are the function of this office is not helpful what so ever. I come from Washington state where that had 100 seats in the lobby and this office functioned 10xs slower than that. Waited two hours just to pick up my food card and they closed for lunch told me to come back another hour later. Better luck in the Forney office.

A complete waste of my time, absolutely NO HELP AT ALL. Was give a list of "resources" only 2 of them actually service Kaufman and neither are open. I was approved for snap and for some reason was issued a new card and closed the current one when I NEVER ORDERED ONE! Instead of fixing their screw up they say "sorry there's nothing we can do you have to wait." When we were TOLD BY THE STATE we could go and get one in the office since it was a screw up on their end. Completely unbelievable and such an inconvenience.

I’ve been calling and leaving messages for the past two weeks, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any response. I’m currently in a difficult situation and truly in need of assistance, which makes the lack of communication especially discouraging. At this point, I’m unsure of what to do next. Should I come in person to try and get the help I need? I don’t want to feel like I’m being overlooked, but it’s beginning to feel as though my situation isn’t being taken seriously, and that’s disheartening. Can you please direct me to someone I can speak with for more immediate assistance or provide guidance on how to move forward from here? I sincerely hope to hear from someone soon.

I called probably 30 times because I don’t want to drive 35 minutes away and not have a certain paper I need and nobody answered. Beginning to think they don’t want to help. After seeing all the other reviews it seems common for nobody to answer the phone and I think the office needs all new employees! I called mesquite location (further from me) they answered FIRST call! Do better your entire job is to help people so if you don’t want to find another job. And whoever the manager or owner of these company’s are. WATCH your company!

I miss the ladies that we had in the past. For 20 yrs. I've worked with these amazing women and now it's all new employees that don't yet know what's going on it seems. They never turned in my paperwork to Medicare for the annual. So now I'm starting over. It takes time for people to learn. There has to be better supervision in a place that deals with our livelihood.
