Friendly nurses willing to go over the information and explain in a friendly manner. Welcoming and caring environment. Website leaves something to be desired for specific information - makes it necessary to go to the location to get full explanation

If I could rate with no stars I would. Usually I'm in and out fast but today was a lot of unnecessary paper work I didn't want to do. I got here at 8am. Still sitting in the waiting room at 845 after getting done with paper work at 835. Nothing changed with my situation in the last 4 years I've been going here. I didn't want to apply for the sooner care stuff because I knew I wouldn't quality but you insisted I try when I had told you I need to be to work by 9am. Here it is now 9am and just now got back to the room. Very upset.

Scheduled 2 appts for second round vaccinations for my kids. Got off work, check them out of school, only to get there and the doors are locked. I called their office abs they just said “hmm you shouldn’t have been able to make appts for today” I told the lady I received confirmation emails yesterday and nothing….

If they aren't accepting walk-ins on a day they are supposed to they should really post up a sign outside. Generally they are very courteous and helpful recently they have not been. This is my throw time in 2 weeks I've been turned down for my depo shot. For one reason or another.

i’m tired of people who work in health care that are rude and disrespectful. you’re job/career is to care for people not treat them badly because you want to be off of work. i had an appt for around 3:30 and i believe i got treated with attitude because it was towards the end of the day and everyone wanted to go home im guessing.
