I would give more stars for the staff alone but I can only give the business 1star. We adopted a puppy from the facility not even 1 month ago. I read the paper work and noticed it says they are not responsible if the animal is sick and that they have no way of knowing what kind, if any, disease or sickness it may or may not have...we took a gamble. He was sweet and friendly, but very very skinny. When we got him home he didnt seem like any normal puppy. A little googoo headed, not real playful, thought maybe it was just because he hadn't been socialized or really talked to. Last week he stopped eating, stopped drinking, so we rush him to the vet. After spending over $500 we have had to send poor Ruger to the Rainbow Bridge. I wouldn't recommend getting any animal from this facility until they can show you that the animal has seen a vet and has had proper medical attention. Like I said, the staff was great but they need some additional help in the Health Care of the animals they are sending home with people. That one puppy, with the wrong disease, could've put both my other dogs in a very sick place. Just words to the wise...
