I called to check on services and make an appointment. Though they weren’t able to help with my particular situation the receptionist on the phone was very kind, professional and helpful with providing other information!

I went to get my Covid Booster. Very professional office and very organized. I had no problems getting the shot. The patients were taken care of very quickly.

Wasn’t kept waiting long and received exceptional help from Janie Moore, the director of the facility. Janie made sure everything was in order when I arrived and she gave me her utmost attention when it came to taking care of what I needed to do at the health department.

One staff member was very rude. I asked for help about a family planning wavier and Medicare( I’m a college student, freshly 19 and recently got kicked off of Medicaid. Idk what to do) she looked at me up and down like she was upset that I even came to up here to ask such a thing, handed me the application for the family planning wavier and said that we only submit for our patients. She never explained how to become a “patient” or inform me about anything. After that I tried to fill out the wavier she then told me “you can just fill out later, you don’t have to fill it out here”.
