My husband and I were at the Lauderdale County, TN Health Department yesterday, The employees very PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND COMPASSIONATE. If you have a health care or other state provided service that can be taken care of at the Health Department, these public servants will give you the best service possible.

Went in for a copy of my birth certificate. Lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. Was in there maybe 10 to 15 minutes. Very pleasant experience.

Everyone is very dull. They act like they hate coming to work every day and they are always so quick to judge. I've gotten dirty look and snarky attitude from all of the 3 people that I've seen so far in the hour that I've been here. They do not make you feel welcome and they do not try their best to console your kids or give you the best care. I'd rather go ANYWHERE ELSE.
