Got tested for COVID-19. You have to have an appointment. The nurse comes to your car. The nurse was kind, efficient and friendly.

The worst department you could ever deal with. Anyone who works in this department is NOT a good person. They're lazy, they lie about certain situations. They'll hangup on you just so they don't have to do their jobs and same goes for if you simply walk into the office. They'll kick you out. They're hours are not actually as listed and are from 8-9. They go home after that.

An absolute terrible place! I had an appointment today for my 7 month old son for wic. I arrive early, wait 30 minutes just to be called to the window to be told they will not honor my son's wic prescription because it expired today! I know for a fact it was not expired as I found all of his prescriptions from the doctor. The first being prescribed in July 2017, he was born in June, which was good for 3 months. The second prescription being good for 6 months so I would really love to know how his prescription is expired when he is only 7 months old?! Not to mention this isn't the first incident with this nurse! She is extremely rude not only to me but to my children that she has seen on a previous visits! This place is despicable! I feel absolutely terrible for the mothers who cannot just go out and buy a $30 can of formula when Laurel county health department decides they don't want to honor a doctor's prescription anymore!

Provide a great service for families. Staff apart from a select few are just plain rude and I do get the feeling that they think they are better than you are. Drinking fountain is out of order. Plug outlet in the kids area is pulled out a bit. Safety hazard. Also got turned away though we called ahead on a walk-in day. Due to them being to busy. Waiting room was empty...

This place is crap never seen a office that can’t do walk ins always having to have a appointment even over the stupid phone for everything and never getting a telephone or text reminder about when you need to do things like update baby’s WIC. Also rude staff and not so helpful. You all really need to do better especially When there’s people out there that don’t always have time with work and one vehicle
