I applied for a birth certificate, which I had a feeling would get declined because I realized too late that I had made an error on the application. I received a memo stating my request had been declined. This was fine, because I had gotten a birth certificate at the local office so I would have it in time to apply for my passport before my vacation. BUT they cashed my money order? Took my money without doing any form of a job... I know PA is broke, I dodge the potholes, but thievery? That’s a new one. Enjoy the $20.
