Feel free to share this with any employee you know who works at this dump Heads up everyone….. If you receive services such as birth control from the LC Health Department please be aware that the unorganized, uneducated, and unprofessional staff (especially the two in the front cubicles) could really care less about patient care. They are obviously there to pass time for a paycheck! My appointment was at 8 am but I called and it was rescheduled for 2 pm today only to be told they were closing at 2. While I was on the phone trying to confirm this new appointment time with the one who called for me, I said the staff here are acting like a smart a** to me. And they were…. Because of a synonym for behind they threatened to call the law? Really? Every person, including Cathy Latham and the practitioner were completely and totally disrespectful and unprofessional. It would have taken 20 min to complete what I was there for! This place is the sorriest excuse of a business around. Nevermind the fact that the lady whom I spoke with to make the original appointment tells me that the birth control appointments on her computer screen were all screwed up. Nice job ladies. And for everyone else ,well, have fun procreating👌
