The ladies in the front desk were extremely rude, I needed to take measles shot, they asked if I had any reactions to other vaccines, when I mentioned that I had very bad symptoms of muscles cramps and headaches with the COVID vaccine they laugh. They talked about themselves mumbling and laughing, only because I have an accent when I speak it doesn’t mean I am stupid. Their job is working with the public, make them feel welcome and comfortable under their care, if they are frustrated dealing with the public, is time to change profession. They were the most unprofessional people I have encountered in a long time.
