I went for a covid test. Read a review saying that they waited two hours in line. I got there two hours before my appointment and was helped almost immediately. There were probably ten cars ahead of me. The staff was very nice and helpful. For my second test, I showed up an hour before my appointment and only had to wait behind two other vehicles. The test itself is very quick and painless.

Although each patient has their appointment, the last time my appointment was at 2:00 pm and it was 3:00 pm and they had not attended to us, not to mention the bad work, treatment and disorder that the people who serve in the registration. They do not have professional ethics nor are they prepared, in my opinion, to do the work they do. The staff in charge of attending to the refugees in terms of their appointments and the treatment towards them is terrible, not to mention that when it comes to assisting them and dealing with them, they do not have, in my opinion, the necessary preparation, the registration people spend their time telling stories, singing and talking among themselves without realizing that there are people waiting to be attended to and registered in the system by them, not to mention that they make you wait more than two hours even though the person has their appointment.

My husband and I made an appointment about a week in advance for yellow fever vaccines for a trip. All went smoothly and quickly. Checkin girl was very nice and the nurse who gave us the shot was informative, very nice and funny. Put my husband at ease, who hates shots. Sorry forgot her name , but she had Disney on top of cabinets! Expensive shot but half what the other places wanted. Thanks much!

My great granddaughter and I visited this office Monday to start the process of enrolling her in the Florida school system. She is a high school senior transferring from Ohio and I was very concerned about all the paperwork. The ladies could not have been nicer and more helpful guiding us through the process. 5+ stars
