Judge Marilyn Reed is dishonorable. She allowed CPS (Porsha Shields and supervisor Tatyana Hayes) to lie under oath. Didn't care to see my evidence proving they perjured. Didn't address it. She also accepted their petition to remove my custody under stipulations of a mental evaluation however, there's no imminent danger or harm being done to my babies.

The guard is super sweet, however the ladies in the office. One specifically dealing with passports today (May 6th 2025) was the rudest lady I've dealt with in a long long time! It's very clear she hates her job with the public!

Very nasty tones when I was speaking with one of the clerks on the phone asking for simple information. The clerks there think that they are the judge and act like it on the phone. If the clerks are any reflection of the court itself, good-luck with any case that you have in that court because most likely, the judges are also that way. Hopefully not. They need to do a better job hiring clerks that actually speak with grace and humility because most people that call are going through a tough situation. Instead they exasperate you by talking down to you. Do better Tupelo and you should actually record the phone calls so you can review these clerks and fire the ones that work at Lee County Court
