Took my roommate here to get her depo shot. Me and my other roommate sat in the car waiting on her for TWO HOURS while they gave her and exam, a pregnancy test (which was negative), and took her blood and still did not give her the shot. Don’t waste your time here. Go somewhere else.

This is a place that has employed some of the rudest, most unprofessional women. It’s sad how SOME of the ladies that work here interact with patients. They act as if you’re not even relevant to the reason that they’re there; as if your very presence irritates them. Some of the staff on the other hand are super nice and super helpful. I wish people who are easily irritated by others wouldn’t pursue careers in the service industry, especially medical. It is so sad!

Very good service, the lady who helped me was very kind and there was no waiting.

The lady that was on the phone with me was rude and unprofessional. I had all my information and she kept insisting that I wasn’t in the system but then she finally found it, I was patient with her the whole time while she was yelling talking to others in the room about non work related things with me on the phone. She was not focused at all. Have some work and phone etiquette please. I hope I never get her again. But it really doesn’t matter, going in person is not much better. It’s awful and highly unprofessional. They could’ve at least faked it. Would give zero if I could.
