Not blaming any one person, but beware of their Municipal website; e.g., Tax Department. Received a hefty penalty because payment was rejected. Paid one day late (realized I transposed an account number, change the day after due date) and 'assumed' all was okay. Received an Email from Lempster that my payment was rejected even though their website said the balance was zero. Person said when I look at the website tomorrow, it would show the change. WHAT? I wish I could do that! If your town decides to use technology, you have a responsibility to keep it up to date, that is all.
