However this place is funded I hope it continues. They are amazing & have taken care of me each time I’ve been in here. Free testing, free birth control (a years worth!!) & free protection. Any young woman’s life saver who may not be covered by insurance!! Thank you

Thankful for the amazing staff who are always so helpful no matter if I’m looking for records, staying up to date on immunizations, or just not feeling well. Not to forget; supplying me with birth control affordably. I appreciate you all so much!

I called today to get guidelines after conflicting answers from our child's school, doctors office, website, etc and was met with the most condescending conversation. I am appalled and disappointed that by trying to take the correct steps for our child we were met with such terrible attitude. I wish that behavior on no one, especially when trying to do right by our sick child and community. Beware. I understand working a covid hotline is probably the worst job imaginable right now, but there is no excuse for that tone or behavior.

I have been registered since January 6th 2021 to be contacted for the Covid vaccine. I never was. I took upon myself to schedule my appointment on line and am now scheduled as of yesterday. What happened? I understand thousands are waiting but for ones being told they will be contacted by registering are not. I called the Health Department yesterday asking about my son who will be 16 this August who has a underlining health condition and wanted to know if the age of 16 was set in stone despite a few months out. First off the lady, disconnected me trying to find out and I had to call back. Second when I talked to her again she assured me she would call me back in the afternoon. She never did. So, I am thinking he can go since he also had a scheduled appointment. As of 7:49 this morning I got an email stating his appointment was cancelled. These issues really need to be addressed.
