  This place is an absolute joke. They don’t want kids to be kids and have an issue with kids riding their bikes in their parking lot after hours, when it had been approved literally 10 years ago. I called to see what the issue was and no one from this facility could give me a call back, they sent my message to their attorney and had her give me a call back. It’s so sad that a place that “vouches” for children has such an issue with children being children. I’m sorry my kids are such an “issue” to the older authority in this department. It’s very sad that kids can’t ride their bikes for fun anymore without “police” being called, yet the police never once showed up which clearly shows they weren’t very concerned about kids being outside and the police have MORE IMPORTANT things to do rather than tell 10 years ago olds not to ride their bikes. Surely you all can find something better to do with your time AFTER HOURS than to pick on children. Also, no one came to me (the parent) of the children they only spoke to the children stating to their attorney that they did not see any adult outside, which is ironic, because I can describe who spoke to my children very easily, proving I was right there watching along with 3 other adults. Anyway, I hope everyone chooses to see the health wagon rather than going to the health department, unless it has to do with WIC. I hope you all decide to do better, and let kids be kids. It’s much better for children to be outside having fun rather than stuck inside plastered to TVs and Xbox’s. You would think a place that deals with children on a daily basis would agree with that but apparently not

  If I could give this place no stars.. Based solely on their lack or professionalism, and people skills i would. The phone tag that you have to play with the female worker named Joey is insane. Also. This lady has only been spoken to once by us, and she claimed she had spoken to us multiple times. Finally got her on the phone because out of the last 3 calls I made personally on behalf of someone else was never answered nor returned. Then we finally get to the point of scheduling and I said yes thank you that's mighty white of ya I'd appreciate it. She then says I think you should seek treatment elsewhere because your being disrespectful. To which I had to explain to her there is a very big difference, and if this phone call was being made for treatment for me i wouldve gladly shown her just how big a difference. Hopefully your superiors see this and send you back through some sort of training, because your people skills absolutely suck, and also... how u going to say that you've spoken to us multiple times when ive been the one having to make these calls for this person, and I can assure you that other than the initial first call ... youve not spoken to us. Not unless he had seen my failed attempts of trying to reach you and he had tried on his own, but i doubt it. Even then im sure its the same song and dance. Id about guarantee you didnt answer and almost 100 percent certain you didnt return no call, and if you did im sure it was as unpleasant as it has been each time I've had the pleasure of talking to you. Anyways. Hope you have the day you deserve. Id almost guarantee that from this review when he does get to said appointment.. you'll probably tell him he has to seek treatment elsewhere, because im leaving a bad review and naming you specifically. I truly hope you dont treat all the patients you see with the lack of honesty and professionalism youve shown today, and any other day ive spoken to you which was only one other time, and even then you wasnt very pleasant to deal with. Do better. 💯
