Every single time I call, the phone is never answered. I’ve been calling for a couple days now , due to my back injury. I don’t want to go there just to make an appointment and go home. What’s the point of having office phones if nobody picks up?! There’s always people in that office so I’m confused on what’s going on? Like if you don’t like your job quit, because there’s people out here who really needs help or who needs to be seen. They acting like we’re not important.. this is just horrible. I knew it was bad in 2023 but it has gotten way worse since then. It’s sad, it truly is. I would rate this place no stars. A place that is convenient for me isn’t anymore. I Have to drive somewhere else instead of a five minute drive.. I feel like this place needs to be shut down, or fire everyone and start fresh.. this place is really a joke!
