We have efiled into over 10 different counties in Texas. This district clerk's office is the only one who has ever rejected our documents. They are the only clerk's office who requires 2 courts to be put in the style of the case if it has been transferred and continues to reject the document if it is not efiled with 2 courts listed. They also rejected our documents for not including a cover letter. I have previously worked for a district clerk's offce and a court and there are no TRCP rules requiring cover letters. So i began following their requirements and attaching a cover letter. The documents were still rejected. They continue to reject documents for things that are not required by any other contiguous counties. After telling me that a cover letter is required, another employee told me they were not required. Misinformation on every hand and every clerk tells you something different.

PARENTS BEWARE – COURT 2 WESLEY HINCH I live in Hidalgo County, but my case (Cause No. 21DC-CV-01183) has Continuing Exclusive Jurisdiction in Liberty County. Judge Wesley Hinch and the clerks ignored every filing and emergency motion my prior attorneys submitted showing my son is a verified Crime Victim Compensation recipient and that Jeremy Hunter Garza was arrested twice in Liberty County (25DC-CR-00353 & 1102368) for assault and aggravated assault. Judge Hinch refused to apply Texas Family Code §153.004 and allowed attorney Rebecca Rowland to misrepresent the record. After her client’s arrest, Rowland forum-shopped the case into Harris County and, one month later, filed a retaliatory 12-year protective order with no witnesses or evidence. She falsely told the court I was “married to the mistress” and that we had a child together, just to create standing and hide her client’s actual criminal record. She also relied on a fake power of attorney to let her client sell marital property and access my records without consent. Judge Hinch and the clerks ignored certified filings, exhibits, and emergency orders already in Liberty County’s record. Together they created a trail of false filings, venue manipulation, and willful neglect that silenced a verified victim and rewarded a repeat offender. Parents beware: this is how corruption hides behind procedure. When courts ignore evidence and reward deception, no family is safe.
