The nurse practitioner profiled me and is not a good doctor. She spoke to me in a condescending tone and cackled when I asked for a doctors note. I used to be addicted to drugs years ago, but I still get treated like a second class citizen. I am sitting here sick on my way to Springfield to Hshs because she refused to see m for who I was a sick woman instead she profiled and saw me as a pod junkie in Medicaid. She refused to give me a drs note because she didn’t have too was her excuse. I wanted to kill myself that day. She triggered my ptsd. Don’t go here if you ever had issues with addiction because you will be treated like less than human mocked and laughed at. I called her out of her name because I was so hurt and I don’t regret it, after I did she threatened to make sure I could never get help there again. Some doctor. More like judgmental and assumed the worst. I was treated as if I was asking for pain meds not to be treated for a broken arm or cold.

I had a great experience here! Who ever gave my daughter her vaccinations went above and beyond to make sure my daughter wouldn’t have an allergic reaction. She made sure that an emt was in the room just incase anything happened. If that doesn’t say “ I truly care about my patients “ then I don’t know what does! Thank you

Nurse was polite at first then right at the end of the exam she completely changed her tone with us. She did not respect my family's religious choice, and was extremely rude, disrespectful and condescending. She was the nastiest, most unprofessional person we have met in this state so far after moving here 2 months ago. It was cultural totalitarianism. She completely rejected any other beliefs other than her own. I can not believe my tax dollars are going towards this abomination. God help us please 🙏

We’ve been going here 4yrs now. I’ve regularly brought 3 kids here. There originally dr they saw here was amazing but she’s left and so far the dr to replace her has been amazing there was 1 female here that I refused to see cuz the 2 times I did see her she was very dismissive and rude as if I didn’t know my kids and their normal behaviors and the last time we saw her she said she’d “be right back” and then we literally waited so long in the exam room that we got locked inside the building and someone from the dentist side was still there and let us out the back way but I think she’s also gone and been replaced now thankfully
