    My husband & I came to CO from MI on a whim to elope, and Pamela Bacon single-handedly saved our trip. We first called Boulder's County Clerk's Office and spoke with the least helpful person... I digress... When I called I actually spoke with Pamela herself not once but twice! She even remembered my husband & I from our names when we walked in! I can't recommend this County Clerk enough, not to mention the beauty of the location itself! I was dealing with altitude sickness all through her guiding us on the marriage license, but she was so kind and didn't make me feel bad for looking like I was about to keel over and die right there LOL. Such a kind, kind woman that I feel lucky to have named on the license of our marriage :)
