Came in on Friday 11/1 at 12:45 to register to vote and while standing in front of the correct “register to vote” booth the two town hall women employees were having personal conversation and ignored greeting me and assisting me. When asking if this is where I can register to vote she shared they “closed the registration to vote and I have to register to vote the day of the election”. Not sure why they would close this nor did she provide any content as to why.

This town hall has some of the most cordial, professional, and friendly people I have seen anywhere. The Town Clerk, Sherry, really went out of her way to help us get a document that we urgently needed on short notice and without an appointment. She was both highly competent and refreshingly personable as she patiently assisted us. Tracy took our payment and she was sincerely friendly and kind as were all of the staff. The whole place has such an upbeat and welcoming vibe. Well done, Londonderry!

I am writing to express my concern about an unpleasant experience I had at Londonderry Town Center. To be fair, I’m not entirely sure if I may have misunderstood the employee’s behavior—perhaps she was having a difficult day. However, I think it’s still important to communicate how her actions made me feel as a customer. During my visit, the employee at the counter handled my ID, credit card, and receipt in a manner that felt unprofessional—tossing them toward me rather than handing them over with basic courtesy. This left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. I am also curious how normal Americans feel and react in this situation. Actually I want to learn. I sincerely hope this behavior was not racially motivated. I became a Christian after I came to America 30 years ago. I thought many Americans know the Golden Rule that I learened from the Bible and the Trinity church. "Treat people as you want to be treated". I believe every customer deserves to be treated with equal respect and professionalism, regardless of their appearance or background. Thank you for taking the time to read my concern. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively and used to promote more respectful service in the future. Sincerely, An Asian American resident in Londonderry

Everyone at this place is so so nice. Nothing but pleasant experiences, from my marriage license to car registration, every time is so easy going.

I used to really respect and appreciate Londonderry, NOT ANYMORE! Because they scheduled road-work (1-15-26 @Rockingham+Stonehenge roads) RIGHT during rush hour. It's demoniac and deplorable. I am angry about their poor scheduling skills. If they had the work start at 8am or 8:30, they wouldn't have long lines of angry traffic.
