This is by far 1 of the most horrible place I have ever visited. The staff are very wicked, unkind and unhelpful individuals. I visited for the first time on Friday, 11/14 for a simple vaccination, I waited for 2.5hrs before i was called to the window and once I arrived to the window, the employee who was there behind the window was a Hispanic woman, she was by far the most unkind, unprofessional person I ever seen. I was so disgusted by this entire place and I vow I will never return. I ended up discovering I could have went to a pharmacy and I did - zero wait at the pharmacy. This health dept needs a complete overhaul and new people need to be assigned into this place.

If I can give this place a 0 and the nurse in charge Stacy is the worse. You state you have training from 8-10 and then you allow people to start signing in at 10 I watch this place for an 1 hour and 45 minutes and saw only one window open and that was number 9 an older white women getting up calling names and working on them by her self the other windows did not open until I called the Director Jimmie. Now I see all the workers and they moving. This is ridiculous just like you working to collect a check is just like some people in the lobby I took a portion of my job off saying it not going to take 3 hours let me do a 2 hour window for work I been sitting already for two hours just sitting. When we have a government shut down y’all apart of it so that means I pay yall correct so why can I not get the service that I am asking for. I have to go through hoops just to get people to work that’s a damn shame…. I am really thinking about the United State we live in. I am still in the waiting room waiting and no one called me yet and no one in her chair nor 7, or 8

Went to get my low thc card renewed, and they said they didn't do that and I had to get that done through my doctor. I've had no problem doing this here in the past I have to renew it every two years and I got it in 2020 and I've never had an issue until today. They need to either get better staff or let people know they changed their policies instead of telling me that they have never renewed cards at that building even though they have done so in the past. 0 stars

If you are looking for a dentist please save yourself the time because THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. I went in about my teeth last month I have two teeth that need to be pulled because they are cracked and cause me pain from time to time Dr Grace Stone Looked at my teeth basically said “Yeah these Need to come out” and proceeded to try and send me ALL THE WAY TO STOCKBRIDGE Georgia which is basically Atlanta for an extraction. So if you need a dentist please don’t bother going to the here because they will not help you!

Thee staff and nurses are very professional and friendly. However, the older lady at the front desk has a tone and attitude that is very off-putting. She needs customer service training. This was my second visit. When I told her I had an appointment for with regards to a chest X-ray, she responded, “We don’t do that here,” and did not offer any assistance. I had to ask if I could go inside to speak with the staff, and it turned out that I did in fact have an appointment there. Her behavior came across as very rude and unhelpful.
