On Tuesday I arrived before my appointment time and the young lady at the front desk(M.Toller) was very rude. I watched her interaction with other customers and she was polite and friendly. Returned on Thursday I sat in the lobby 30 minutes plus while the staff laughed, giggled and search the internet; without acknowledging me once! The lobby was empty!!!!!
