My kids got ran over in the parking lot..too closely..while they were observing the dad. They had multiple scrap marks up and down their legs. Unacceptable..if I could give a negative rating I would..I told them for over three years he's on drugs I'm keeping him away. Great job heeding my warning to the near death, serious injury of my kids! Not smart listing our address on child support court paperwork showing the dad where we lived hidden for 3 years putting us in danger..way to put the kids first.

Spent 2.5 hours on hold for eligibility specialist someone answered in bad English took my SSN wasted five more minutes in silly questions then told me “the lines are closed due to high call volume”. Don’t make people wait for hours on hold if there’s no one willing to do their job for them. Clean house fire all these lazy sociopaths collecting salaries and getting fat.

My Daughter and I were assaulted by my husband with Mace, the day before he called in a bogus complaint against me. Which do you think they followed up on, thats right his complaint. My children and I were tricked- aka lied to, and were told they wanted us to come into the Baileyville Police Dept for an interview regarding the assault. In front of my 15 year old son I asked Janine Grenlich and Matt Vinson if they were ONLY asking my kids questions about the assault, they said yes a couple of times. Only when they asked me to come in did Janine mention I had a complaint against me, after a week of talking to her, she never mentioned this. She followed NO DHHS protocol. Lies, lies and more lies!! When I told her supervisor what happened, she asked me if I would send an affidavit into her from My son regarding these lies. After talking to the worker, no one would talk to me or take any evidence I had. My 7 year old also told me after the “interview “ that Janine unzipped her bag and went through all her belongings looking for something- probably a camera. These people are evil, they have no accountability and if they think having liars in their organization is ok, people that possess the power to take away your children then we have an extremely corrupt government! Do not see these people, lock your doors.

Why the hell are they close for inclement weather!! It's 40 degrees and a light rain. Been trying to get a hold of someone for over a week now. Rediculous I've spent 10 hrs on hold between Friday and Monday. Disconnected both times. So they sent workers home because it's raining,!!

They had me on hold for 2 hrs. conveniently, five minutes after four o'clock. They pick up the phone to tell me that there is nobody that can speak to me.Because it's after four o'clock. Like if they had people that new had to do the job. And actually worked it, then maybe they wouldn't keep people on hold for 2 hours. And then tell them, sorry, nothing. I can do for you, absolute crap
