I am on SSI and annually have to beg programs when I'm physically disabled. Thats how it's setup to transfer funds.. I called to have my 6 month. Review done or mail me the paperwork. I called at 930 am thought it would be less long of a wait on the phone so. help 30 min later I finally get to talk with a women who says she can't help me I need to call back in 2 hrs to get help ??. ? I asked if you can't help than why did YOU answer the phone. .. call at noon that will be better she says

I was in there around 8:45 and was the only person in there. The lady was very prompt at putting in my information and I only waited probably 20 minutes until I got to go into the room where the phone is. Lady I worked with on the phone was very professional and was very fast she had me off the phone in 10 minutes and everything fixed with my account. And the child protection social workers are a joke. Don't you have to have a degree to work and decide whether people should have their children or not. You should have a master degree. I think they just give random people who show up and ask for jobs license to really screw people's lives up and get paid for it. Yes go take people's children even people who don't deserve it and we'll pay you to do it you don't have to have any specialized degree dealing with children. Nobody will ever ask any way. I want to know what specialized training you social workers have to decide the fate of families.

Hours are incorrect! 800am to 4pm. They will not help anyone in the lobby after 4 pm even though they are there till 5. Don't waste your time

Got out of work early to go and get some thing straightened out, and got there and was told they stop seeing people at 4pm although their posted hours are 5pm. Very frustrating when you leave work early to get things done and they aren’t even helping people until their scheduled end time. I feel it should state that their lobby hours end at 4pm rather than 5pm if they won’t be available to help people until 5pm.
