Filling out the application on the kiosk is easy, and there's staff available if you need help. Inside is clean. Plenty of parking.

Just a heads up. If you're born in another state.. you can't not apply for a replacement BC. You have to go to the state that you were born in. Even though I got and paid for a BC in a Maricopa office here in phx. The receptionist directed me to here station and wasnt helpful or directive in how to do that. Kinda rude and than waved over other ppl. I left. Terrible service and I can tell she didn't want to be there now she doesn't like her job. I dont know .

very nice location. Employees were welcoming, nice and helpful which is extremely appreciated considering it's a government office 😉 You going to the welcome desk? You tell him what you're there for then you go to a kiosk, complete the application you're there for and then wait to be called to a window. Fairly easy and it doesn't take too long. They take cash or CC's. I recommend this location!!

I came late afternoon on a Friday. I was confused when I entered and promptly greeted by Daya with a smile. She was kind and helpful even as she was pulled in many directions of others needing assistance with various different things and questions. Each person I saw in this office was kind and greeted everyone with a smile.
