I expected a terrible experience and got the opposite - efficient, helpful, competent - every single person I encountered. Last minute birth certificate name change and copy - Barb in Medical Data Integrity at community health network coordinated with managers at public health and got it done, same day. So thankful!

I can't speak for all the services but today I went in to get a copy of my birth certificate. I arrived at around 8:15am. I was given a ticket number and before I could even sit down, they called my number. The lady who helped me was friendly and quick. I ended up getting my birth certificate as well as my son's. It took about 15 minutes in total.

Came in for a new copy of my birth certificate today. Immediately upon arrival, I was greeted by the security guard who directed me where I needed to go. The cashier and lady who helped me Jasmyne, was delightful and professional. I was in and out within five minutes with a copy of my birth certificate. The process was super easy. I just gave them my ID and confirmed my parents.

Don't bother with the online/phone services for records. I showed up thinking the closing time was 7pm as suggested by Google. I arrived at 5:55pm and they closed at 6pm. I still was able to get the record I needed and left the building before they closed. Service was quick and helpful. Smiles all around even minutes before closing. A somewhat blurry photo of the updated hours is uploaded as I could only get it from outside.
