I've called several times. I usually get hung up on. I had an appointment for them to call me and they never did. Then I had an appointment for Friday. They weren't even open! I drove all the way there to see an empty parking lot. They offer good benefits but are difficult to deal with. Just go in and talk to them in person so they can't ignore you. Good luck!

I went in for a religious exemption form and was asked questions by the lady imputing my information, against Florida law. The lady looked at me like I was stupid and as if I am not familiar with the law that states they are not allowed to ask questions regarding my request for religious exemption. The lady also became illiterate once she saw our hispanic names and proceeded to mumble and make comments as she input the information. Do better.

I took my baby here for a shot her pediatrician didn't have, and it was a very smooth and good experience. The facility is nice and clean, and all the staff were very kind. Angela was so charming and got the shot done quickly.

They refused my daughter to have me in the room at family planning, due to “it’s a sterile procedure.” Well, that goes against her rights; forcing her to undergo a procedure without someone who makes her feel comfortable goes against her rights as a patient. Secondly, as a fellow health professional, the entire room isn’t sterile. You create a sterile field that no one should contaminate, but by no means is the ENTIRE room sterile. Yes, I’ve preformed many sterile procedures with loved ones in the room. So, they lied to my daughter. Needless to say, my daughter didn’t feel comfortable and was anxious so they refused to do it anyway. Well, news flash, that’s why she asked for me to be there. At the end of the day, I’m glad they didn’t. I don’t feel comfortable with a someone who lies. most likely your PROVIDER didn’t feel comfortable in her skills, and didn’t want to perform with eyes in the room.

I have no idea why so many negative reviews, but come on guys, what do you expect? The Mayo Clinic? It's a state funded facility, and they're doing their absolute best. My experience was very pleasant, I simply came to get another copy of my birth certificate. 3/8/2026, 11:15am. The gentleman at the counter was polite, professional, prompt and courteous. No issues. Yes, it may take some time, but people need to learn a little patience. They're overworked and likely underpaid, like so many professions in America. Relax.
