My son is currently on WIC and has a doctors note that he has to be on a special formula. They do not provide that service. I just got told that I will have to go through a medical supply company. I said I’m not familiar with this and she seemed like very annoyed that I even asked. I used to enjoy this office But anymore, it seems like a very inconvenience to them.

they ask me very unnecessary, unrelated questions during my appointments for wic. 5 times in two months I’ve had to pay out of pocket because “ my card number is invalid” After calling and asking why multiple times the only answer they had is they don’t know why. had to come in and get a new card and after one use my card number is “invalid” again. if you can, go somewhere else to apply for wic! it’s an unnecessary hassle especially when your basicly broke and having to pay for milk/eggs out of pocket when that money could be saved for your child once they arrive.
