I would give them 5 stars if they weren't insanely slow. Still the best experience I've had at a health department!

I could not ask for a better experience to get the Covid vaccine. Very well set up drive through and a professional group of workers. From the people that directed traffic to the folks that gave me the covid jab. It was a one hour drive, but well worth it.

I just had to review as I saw a very hateful comment that is totally inaccurate! The Marshall County Health department is absolutely excellent!! My husband and I were in the process of quitting smoking. I've succeeded and my husband is still working on it. But that's not the point, the point is they were excellent to us and helped us by providing smoking cessation aids we would never be able to afford on our own! The staff was friendly from reception all the way through! They called and had coaching sessions with us to help us along and encourage. These people have a very hard job, they don't make as much as if they worked at a traditional hospital or doctor's office, but they do it because they care and it's obvious! I have been to other health departments when I've had to take people to appointments and I'll be the first to tell you Marshall County has a stellar Health department hands down!!!
