Affordable birth control, free condoms, everyone is always friendly, and it's a no judgement zone - don't be embarrassed to ask them questions, they've always been super helpful and engaging.

Schedule an nexplanon appointment a week in advance, the shortly scheduled one for my sister. After driving three hours there, they got my sister in no problem. Then after another two hours it came to my turn. After filling out all the paper work and waiting they told me “we’re out” after I spastically asked them if they would be able to do it. It is very unprofessional to schedule an appointment IF YOU DONT HAVE THE MEANS TO DO SAID APPOINTMENT.
