  Government crooks- the systems is made to take advantage of peoples short comings. The cost of a simple traffic violation is approx. $500. If want to use a bank card that is an extra $15.

  McHenry county runs through this sight, everything to marriage certificates to traffic ticket to criminal and or civil cases. The ability to look up your court date, room number, time, the fantastic amount of reminders is wonderful. Unless your leg is broken no reason to miss court. You're do for it, attend, move on and we can keep the cases more prompt to close, usually fairly quick with excellent judge sentences based fairly and usually unless extremely serious again usually accommodate low pynts based on your income plus what the law requires for the complaint, they, the ones I ve been in for family or friends, are very open if your bring your mother father wife sister brother, so that if they want or need to ask the judge something of the case or results, they are very willing to hear from family at time of court, great with really seemingly to care about the person as a human and depending on what your facing I'm talking misdemeanors, going over speed limit but not like racing these judges give people, nice to see with our 30 to 45 age group second chances and our kids(cumminty families) second chances correct fix, don't do the small stuff to get into court and you'll never see court only with special exceptions, divorce marriage. McHenry county court house is a perfect model with all departments running smooth, officer smile greetings, clerks busy is the vault of documents for people for all court matters, hats off to you all. Especially those of you that make sure all the files are ready for each courtroom before court starts and carrying the up to the room. Great exercise. Well people in know this was long, should have warned you to get a bottle of water, cup of coffee or a beer to read this. Be safe, respect our police judges clerks and other staff and no one likes the "courthouse" but remember it's much more helpful, even helping with directing people places where they can get the help their looking for DHS office, particular police department. I'm not weird, I just spent unfortunately a lot of time in courtrooms as a result of my son breaking the law. Let's not forget because they judge/fines they are already imposed by government, and additional if the judge imposes is on him or her, teach them a lesson. So my literally 2 years of attending court in the same room with the same judge as a family member and others and their partner, parents friend, with continuences you end up seeing them once a month to where the courtroom gang now says good morning to each other while waiting to or courtroom to open. The judge sees and looks to see how well the one attending court groomed that morning to respect not impress the judge, in other words, no pj s uncombed hair, really and others don't want to see how lazy and don't seem like you learned public appearance respect on a daily basis, going to court, grocery store, breakfast place in your p J s. Total lack of personal hygiene cared and public respect anyway I ve been all over the place. I have some good reading. It's my first time ever making a review so sorry about the length but like I said I loved that in a minute I was able to see that tomorrow a family member has misdemeanor traffic court so I ll call and meet them their, we ll go to breakfast after!! Thanks again McHenry countys people who designed a nice, easy to follow, has everything for living in McHenry county and thanks to all that run the inside, including maintenance, running smoothly and CLEAN,!!!!!!!
