I have lived in McNairy county for 7 years now. My driver's licence has a McNairy county address. My registration for my new car has a McNairy county address. I went into pay my wheel tax and the clerk tells me I need to show two proofs of residency. Let me repeat, my driver's license has a Selmer address. I just don't get this place. I get if I'm registering for a new license but when your vehicle registration and driver's license say Selmer, asking for proof of residency just makes no sense.
