The staff at Town Hall has worked very hard to get things correct for us. We really appreciate their efforts!

All of the staff at medway town hall have been very helpful and educational. Through my experience installing swimming pools for a living; my teams work under a multitude of different town halls; each operate with varying levels of professionalism, respect, and mastery of the code. I can now attest that the civil servants at medway town hall are top notch. The officials have been more than accommodating while also ensuring strict compliance to the state and local standards. Without help from Ms.Graziano and Mr.Barese in navigating the complicated Conservation requirements, our family’s pool project would likely not been possible. With increased interest from homeowners in medway, I am looking forward to being able to work along side the team at medway town hall more frequently.

Very glad some people have good experiences but all of mine have been incredibly poor. Most recently I was told I was being charged additional demand excise tax fees because I accidentally addressed the envelope to the town clerk and that individual never gave it to the treasurer. If you have something for the town, make the time to walk it over and physically hand it to someone, get a signed receipt, or be ready for the fees. Now I have another $25 charge to stop payment on the “lost” check. When I moved back last summer the town clerk tried to charge me late fees to register my dog because I didn’t have physical proof I told the previous town clerk that I had moved away. Didn’t look anything up, assumed I was guilty and attempted to charge me erroneously. Again, very glad some people have good experiences but I have yet to have that experience with basically anything in this town.
