Lovely. Polite. Respectful people that work there..... The only issue I have is that nobody wants to answer the phone.... I live 1 hr or so away, I can't just up and go with a snap of a finger.....

The place is nice and the people are friendly. Before I continue, I feel that it’s only fair that I let you know that the reason I had went there is not a common reason. However, it is not unheard of either, and I found it to be odd that the person at the window couldn’t answer the question that I had, although it done quickly, she did have to ask somebody else; who also did not know the answer. Together they both agreed to a solution that I politely declined because I wasn’t sure if the legality of it and didn’t want to waste my time if the solution wouldn’t have fit within the confines of the law.

Say they open at 8:30 , almost 9:00 , and no one answers the phones???? This is part of being open.
