My grandmother was sent here I went to see her yesterday and mostly all of the staff was rude when I showed up her bed her arms and her backside was covered in wast and it she was left to sit in it until they had moved her to a new room I was the one who cleaned her up and night 2 that she was there there wasn't anyone to help her to the bathroom and she managed to get a hold of my father so he could call up there and tell a nurse he oxygen was out of her nose she was unable to put it back in and no one come to help her after an hour of pushing the help button and also when a nurse showed up finally she managed to drop her keep in mind my grandmother is less than 100 lbs so If you have a family member in need of rehabilitation do not DO NOOOTT!!!!! TAKE THEM HERE IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STAR RATINGS

UPDATE: I called and talked to admin. They were very nice and accommodating. They truly tried to make the situation better. Complete and Total JOKE. I called and was told one thing, get there in person, per the directions I was given over the phone…. Was told I need to do the complete opposite. Staff was not friendly. Will avoid this place at absolute all costs.
