It's been 8 years now since I went to court for my father's son to get visitation. The red head femal judge yelled at me for keeping my son away from his dad, not allowing me to even speak. She wouldn't allow me to inform her I wasn't keeping him away, I was just trying to get the dad to drive and pick up his son. Now, his dad rarely consistently kept up with the visits she awarded him. He only visited my son once in 2025, his choice. Oh and mind you we are set to have visits every other weekend for a stay over. He only takes my son out to eat. Now again it's been months since he's been around. So please lady again yell at me and tell me I was keeping my son from him. Let people speak in court. You made your decision before you even walked into that court room.
