The incompetence is unbelievable. You have a deed office whom puts liens on properties on incorrect parcels, a tax office whom picks and chooses whom they give payment plans on regardless of the PA constitution, and a CYS who allows children to suffer horrific abuse so instead of saving them, waits til their in juvenile detention to make money off of them. A prothonatary whom does not know the difference between the commonwealth court, superior court, and supreme court. The list of incompetence goes on and on....literally unbelievable
