Very user unfriendly, Staff is unfamiliar with the computer system that they use, Leading to very long service appointments. I.e. Over half an hour for 2 simple dog licenses. Seems like most people that work here, Have been in local government far too long and have completely forgotten customer service is a part of their job as well. However that being said, The town administrator Is fabulous and really seems to care about his job, As well as the concerns of his citizens.

Staff are friendly and efficient. People take time to answer my questions. I feel valued as a resident of Milton when I go to the town hall. And though I understand the need for more space, I do miss the atmosphere of the old town hall!

The staff is always as sweet as can be when you deal with them, I love them! I just cant get over the only being open 3 days a week, silliness..

The town hall staff are very friendly and able to answer questions about any issues. Before I moved from Barrington to Milton, I stopped in at the old location. I was very happy with the welcoming experience. I am glad to see that the town has a new location with more space and updated building for longevity. The old town hall was cute and quaint but not user friendly for handicapped. The new location is perfect for those of us in the Mills as well as on the other side of the highway.
