Very nice people to deal with

Front desk customer service is friendly and helpful. The nurses are funny and patient. Kaitlyn could stand a course in telephone etiquette, though.

This review concerns COVID contact tracing procedures by Health Department employees. I do not appreciate how it was handled nor how I was spoken to by the health department member. After a misunderstanding over a question, the health department official would not agree that there could have POSSIBLY been a misunderstanding. Instead he kept INSISTING that HE was the one that was "perfectly clear," and now I was changing my story. I do NOT appreciate the accusation. I fully understand that since I answered questions in a certain way, I would have to remain on quarantine. I was hoping to help him understand that they way he asked the question was misleading (for future phone calls to others), but instead of admitting that there may have been a misunderstanding, he insisted that HE had not asked the question in that manner. I MUST be the one mistaken. He then proceeded to change HIS story while insisting that I was trying the change MY story. It was infuriating. If those phone calls are not recorded, they should be. I get that people probably DO try and change their story to escape quarantine, but there should be a procedure for clarification of a story. It's frustration for people that ARE telling the truth and trying to make sure the record reflects the TRUTH. Nobody is blameless and perfect - but this health department worker sure thinks he is.
