Left work early to drive downtown to get a birth certificate. Checked to make sure they take credit cards before I left. They shut off their credit card machine 30 minutes before close. So I will have to take time off work to come back next week.

Got my car tags here. They have a window for elderly and handicapped people, so got finished quickly here. Friendly staff.

This is an edited review. My prior review (from 2020) was not good. But…fast forward 4 years, and the last few times I’ve been there the people have been very, very helpful! Thank you for stepping up your game, and keep up the excellent service!

My visit today was quick. While it was fairly busy when I arrived, they were doing their best to make sure everyone was addressed and I was told to go to another window to be helped. I had all the documents I needed so I'm sure that helped but it was a quick pleasant visit for me. Staff was nice though busy and had good attitudes. The signs hanging from the ceiling made where I needed to go clear. Positive experience for me.
