Monroe County Health Department is so unhelpful. Don’t get tied up at the courthouse too long. They only draw blood in the mornings. 12:02 and THEY WILL REFUSE YOU! 12:02 - 2 minutes! Just drive further to Randolph you’ll be fine. The courier hasn’t come yet but WE STILL WONT HELP YOU! Literally what I was told. 😡 They were rude and argumentative. It’s not my fault I didn’t know you changed your policy.
