Everyone that works here is nice. Of course, the only reason you typically go in here is to pay taxes and register vehicles. If you want to buy a car from out of state, go to them first. You need a special paper. And to save yourself quite a bit of money, make sure the person signing the paper is the same as the name on the front of the title. Otherwise, they have to charge taxes on what the retail price would have been, not on what you paid. If I can help at least one person with this review, it’s worth it. If you don’t do this and have to pay full taxes, the people behind the counter can’t be blamed. They just have to follow the laws Kentucky sets in place. Sometimes they are very busy, so don’t go in unless you have at least 20 minutes. Sometimes you are in and out, but it’s good to plan extra time, just in case.
