Honestly wouldn’t even give this place one star. It is the WORST place ever. I’d avoid it at all costs. I’ve learned that if your child needs WIC to just go to the farmerville location.

I spoke with Charles Eagles about getting a permit for the city of Bastrop for our business. I gave him our permit number so he could look it up. Mr. Eagles could not even perform a simple task using THEIR software because he wasn’t able to pull up the permit information. He then got rude and angry because he wasn’t able to do it. I then asked for his supervisors phone number so that maybe he would be able to do it. His supervisor did return my call and was able to find the information but when I told him about Mr. Eagles insubordination and rudeness he blew me off. I have worked with health departments all over the United States and Moorehouse Parish is definitely lacking in common courtesy and education.

The WIC ladies were both super friendly! They're doing "in car/over the phone" appointments which worked out great for me with 2 little kids. They were very helpful with all my questions and gave me all the necessary information I needed to successfully use my wic. They did everything fast and within a timely manner to get me my stuff and get me back on the road. I'd Definitely recommend this office for all your wic needs.
