    The woman at the window needs to learn to respond in a more professional manner. I was referred by my Dr. (by mistake) to that office, when I gave my referral she took it and told me. What do you want me to do? rudely, I looked at her and felt sorry for her, it wasn't worth answering. I said thank you and left. Happy to see this town grow, I hope their services and employees improve. If you do not like your job, then quit
