If I could give Zero stars I would. Avoid paying this place for any type of service. I’ve been more than patient and polite with this place on 2 separate occasions and both times I’m met with nothing but poor customer service and excuses. False timelines, skipped ticket numbers due to them not wanting to explain why they’re falling short on your order. Stay away from this establishment, unless you’re ok with wasting your money and not receiving a refund for it .

Talked to the general clinic about TB testing at least 2xs. Went in for the test and was told that I can't get the test today because they're doing inventory on Monday and won't be available. They could've told me that on the phone when I called twice, so that I wouldn't waste time and gas rushing to get there today, only to be told I can't get the test today. Please let the public know information like this in advance like when we called so this doesn't happen. Time and gas are money. It's hard enough to reach you on the phone also. I see why you have bad reviews.

I have been trying to get my baby back on her inserance for awhile now. I have called them they keep telling me to call her inserance when I do , they tell me its something on there end this is absolutely ridiculous. I have been dealing with this shit for months on end having to self pay for all of her appointments. Columbus do better! This is getting ridiculous.
